Traterme has a quality management system implemented and certified according to the ISO 9001 and ISO 29001 standards (standard for the oil and gas industry).
We believe that the quality management system is a strategic driver in the company's global management system, both from a technical and organisational point of view.
Our system is addressed and focused on the satisfaction and good performance of stakeholders (customers, co-workers, suppliers, shareholders and society).
The system is genuinely solid to ensure the processes effectiveness and the provided products/services qualities.
To ensure the system’s resilience we have adequate material resources, competent human resources and systematic organizational methods that allow us to develop, plan, execute, monitor and improve our activities effectively as well as ensure the satisfaction of our customers, co-workers and other stakeholders.
Traterme's management policy has been very clear, with solid growth goals, always seeking to exceed the expectations of its customers. In a global solution, our clients come from the most varied geographical areas and different industrial areas, with special focus on the OIL & GAS industry, automotive, chemical, energy, papermakers, foundries, cast iron, cast steel, aluminium, etc. With its diversity of processes and this sense of cooperation and partnership with the industrial network, Traterme develops its activity based on the current market realities and the various requirements of the multiple sectors which it collaborates with. It follows guidelines and specific normative references such as EN ISO 17663.
The implementation and certification in accordance with the ISO 29001 quality standard was established in 2014, as a result of the above-mentioned cooperation and partnership. So currently TRATERME is the only company in the Iberian Peninsula certified to perform heat treatments in the sectors related to Oil, Petrochemical and Natural Gas.
Internally, Traterme believes that training is crucial for the continuous maintenance of the quality standards by which it is regulated. It is based upon good practices recommended by ARP-1962 (Certification of heat treatment personnel) and EWF (Personnel with the responsibility for heat treatment of welded joints). It is focused on its team personal development, providing ongoing training in the various areas of its corporate surroundings.
The four main management areas: Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety and Social Responsibility, have allowed Traterme, due to its demand and responsibility, to set standards, techniques and working processes at the level of the best Worldwide Players in our sector.
