In this scenario, TRATERME has been facing the closure (temporary or not) of some of its main customers and suppliers. Aware of this situation, TRATERME is doing everything to continue assure its customers' requests, as well as maintaining the quality of the services provided, counting on everyone's understanding, in case the delivery time becomes slightly delayed. Currently, TRATERME's Operations Department is analyzing each project on a case-by-case basis, warning clients in advance whenever delays are anticipated, as these may happen in the near future.

TRATERME takes the opportunity to inform you that its activity, to date, remains within the usual opening hours, with restrictions for on-site services whenever special travel authorization (national or international) is required. In situations where it is possible, during this period, our customers are requested to keep in touch with the company and those responsible by e-mail and / or telephone.
